Armada Solutions Ltd offers Managed Services Contracts to all customers regardless of size. This is our preferred method of supporting your IT environment. Our Managed Service Contracts are unique in terms of what we offer you for a FLAT MONTHLY FEE. Our approach is to do an initial assessment of your business systems through our System Health Check. We will then consult with you to understand how your business works day-to-day. We will produce a report detailing your systems, where they do not meet your requirements, what you need to do and create a schedule of services that makes sure you are completely protected. Our pricing and payment model is transparent and comprehensive. We include telephone and remote support, onsite engineering visits and lab/bench time if required all for one FIXED MONTHLY FEE.

We take a pro-active approach to supporting our Managed Service customers. We don’t wait for you to call us with a problem but monitor your systems 24/7 to identify potential issues and resolve them before they become a problem. However this is not always physically possible and where unforeseen problems do occur you can speak directly to an engineer to resolve it. The vast majority of issues are solved remotely saving time and money. However where an engineer visit is required, you will be kept informed of progress at all times. Upon arriving you will be given a clear report on what we expect to achieve during the visit and before leaving a further report on what has been achieved and any further action that is necessary to close the issue.

Our fixed price Managed Support contracts help you budget for IT support while knowing you are protected. We become your IT Department and take the pain because you don’t need to.
