Armada Solutions Ltd has announced the launch of their latest innovation – vRecovery.
vRecovery is a Disaster Recovery solution for Small Business Users that require effective disaster recovery but do not want the capital expense of additional servers, DR sites etc. vRecovery provides constant server protection through off-site backups to our dedicated servers located in a secure hosting facility in Dublin. The solution offers two levels of backup dependent on customer requirements and budget. Level one provides for constant scheduled incremental backups of changes to a server environment. This can be scheduled as required right down as little as every 15 minutes. Level two provides for continual trickle feed replication of changes to a server environment ensuring recovery right to the point of failure.
In the event of a server failure the solution provides for recovery of failed systems to the point of last backup and delivery of the recovered server to the customer site to enable operations to resume, all within a guaranteed timeframe. Replacement of the failed physical system can then take place in a more relaxed environment with the customers business still fully operational and costs kept to an absolute minimum. vRecovery is aiming to fill a large gap in the current small business market whereby most small business customers simply do not have any disaster recovery solution let alone a business continuity plan. vRecovery as the name suggests takes advantage of the latest server backup and virtualisation technology for server recovery.
